How do I get my existing contacts in?

Yes. Settings → Integrations connects one Google account per VANDR account. You choose which of your Google calendars are pulled in, and meetings you create in VANDR can generate a Google Meet link.

Deleting a meeting in VANDR also removes the matching Google Calendar event and its entry on the VANDR calendar.

Who can see my data?

Only you. Your leads, customers, sales, invoices, notes and settings are end-to-end encrypted: they are encrypted in your browser with a key that only your password or recovery key can open, so VANDR stores ciphertext it cannot read. On top of that, row-level security stops any other account from even fetching your encrypted rows.

What if I forget my password?

Reset it from the sign-in page, then enter the recovery key you saved when you signed up. Because we never have your key, we can't recover your data without it. You can create a new recovery key any time in Settings.

Is anything not end-to-end encrypted?

Only what we need to run your account: your email, name, phone and company, your plan and payment status, support messages you send us, and your Google Calendar connection. AI email replies are written by passing the message and context you chose through our server to our AI provider; we don't store them.

How are integration tokens stored?

Google tokens live in a server-only table that no browser session can read, write or delete. They are used exclusively by backend functions and are never sent to the frontend.

Passwords are hashed by the authentication service and never stored by the app. Leaked-password protection is enabled, so credentials found in known breaches are rejected.

Prices are listed in INR without GST. If your card or wallet settles in another currency, the final amount depends on the conversion and fees applied by your payment provider at the time of the transaction.

As many as you like. Every plan includes unlimited logins, so you can use the same account on your laptop, phone and office computers at the same time at no extra cost.

Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. After that the paid add-ons lock, but your data stays in your account and you can export it at any time.

Delete account asks for your password, then permanently deletes your profile, your encrypted workspace data and the key that could open it, your support conversations and integration tokens, and signs you out of every device. Backup copies expire within days and stay unreadable, because the key no longer exists.
